We are over 40’s men getting out to impove our fitness and strength
We call this a boot camp but that quite a loose term. Its more like a gathering of freinds doing a gentle workout. Some of us are athletes and some of us are just starting out. The key is getting out the front door and making a start. The exercises range from gentle walking to stretching and some light body weighted exercise.

Is there any better way to spend a Wednesday evening?? Not likely. We always start with some gentle stretching before things pick up the pace. Don’t worry if you have never done this before we would love to meet you and get you moving.
Join the gang! Get the blood pumping and getting a little bit of a sweat on. We are inspiring each other to make positive change.
